Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications aren’t accepted. Medgears may cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In case of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging for replacement or refund as per our policy. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; misuse or unauthorized repairs are not included.
